We ship from our warehouse in Amsterdam to addresses across the European Union. All shipping costs are shown in EUR at checkout.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery is handled by PostNL and partner carriers.
Returns & Withdrawal
Under EU consumer law, you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason.

- Refund processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund including return shipping.
