These Terms of Service govern your use of chiapapne.buzz and purchases from Chiapapne B.V., registered in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
1. General
By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Chiapapne B.V. is located at Herengracht 204, 1016 BS Amsterdam. All prices are displayed in EUR and include 21% BTW unless stated otherwise.
2. Orders & Payment
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We confirm acceptance by sending an order confirmation email. Payment is processed securely via recognised payment providers. We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
3. Delivery
Delivery times and costs are listed on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. EU consumers benefit from a 14-day withdrawal period under Directive 2011/83/EU.
4. Returns
You may return unused items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective. See our Shipping & Returns page for full details.
5. Product Descriptions
We strive for accurate product descriptions and images. Minor variations in colour or texture due to natural materials are not considered defects.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on chiapapne.buzz — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Chiapapne B.V. and may not be reproduced without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product, except where prohibited by Dutch law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam. EU consumers may also use the ODR platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
